900mg Citrulline Malate : Boosts nitric oxide levels, reduces muscle fatigue, and improves endurance by clearing ammonia and lactic acid from muscles during intense training.

500mg L-Carnitine : Transports fatty acids into cells to be burned as energy, supporting fat metabolism and sustained energy throughout your workout.

280mg L-Tyrosine : Supports mental focus, sharpens cognitive function, and enhances mind-muscle connection : keeping you dialled in from the first rep to the last.

280mg Taurine : Supports hydration, reduces muscle cramps, and promotes cardiovascular function during high-intensity training sessions.

Mix 1 scoop (5.5g) with 120ml-180ml of liquid (water, juice, etc.) in a shaker. Mix well until completely dissolved and consume 30 minutes before exercising.

Muscle Needs Power Up Pre-Workout
