- Products must be sealed and unopened. Returns are not accepted due to taste, smell, or personal preference.

- Upload a short video highlighting the defect.
- Our customer care team will contact you to confirm the process.
- Products purchased under any offer must be returned along with the freebie, if applicable.
Return Window
- Products can be returned within 48 hours of delivery if they meet the return criteria.
- A short video of the product highlighting the defect is required in all cases.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened or whose seal is broken.
- Returns cannot be swapped for other products.
