1. Order Processing Time
All orders at Muscle Needs are processed within zero to seven (0–7) business days. Please note that our fulfillment department does not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays.
In the event of a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended by several days. We kindly ask that you allow for this potential window, in addition to standard transit times, when calculating your expected delivery date. Should a significant delay occur regarding your specific shipment, please reach out to us.
2. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Upon the dispatch of your order, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to synchronize and become active within the carrier’s system.
3. Freight, Damages, and Loss
Muscle Needs is not liable for products damaged or lost during the transit process. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our website pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
If your order arrives in a damaged condition, it is the responsibility of the recipient to initiate a claim with the shipment carrier. To assist in this process:
- Retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods until the claim is resolved.
- Document the damage with photographs/videos immediately upon receipt.
